Happy New Year!!! The Fabulous Jack Green's 'Latest Game' Now on CD!!!

After years of writing and requesting, Muze has released Jack Green's Classic Album 'Latest Game' on CD.  Thanks to all the fans who have also written and requested that all of Jack's solo albums be released on Compact Disk.  We are still wanting his incredible 'Humanesque' to be re-released on Compact Disk so all Jack many fans can enjoy it as well.  The 'Humanesque' album is a favorite for travellers world wide and this interesting fact has come to our attention many times over the years. 

"We listened to 'Humanesque' on all of our European Tours and would like to have another of this record on CD for our future travels.  This record is a part of all of our memories of our travels and now that our kids have grown up, we want to take it on trips with our grandchildren.  Please let us know when this is re-released on the CD format."  - K. Many of the emails we have received over the years read in similar fashion.  Hopefully Muze Music will release the entire catalogue of Jack Green Solo Albums on Compact Disk.

Thankfully, we still have our original 'Humanesque' on Compact Disk from all those years ago and we're keeping it!

We would like to take this time our to send our deepest wishes for another eight years of pure bliss enjoying Jack's fantastic music from all of his groups and his solo albums, as well as the new tracks he releases to enjoy with all of us. 

 

We wish Jack, his wonderful wife Jackie and faithful friend Digby the most excellent holiday, surrounded by friends, relatives and their pets.

Future Rock God as Young Mod

 

This is The Fabulous Jack Green as a young mod, sporting a recent haircut and some brand new threads.  Does he look different from the modest guitar sensation that Marc Bolan immediately hired for T-Rex when Jack was a few years older?  This was a brilliant and confident move on Marc Bolan's part, as Jack could easily hold down the lead guitar and much of the rhythm guitar parts simultaneously, which allowed Marc to concentrate on his outrageous and often over the top stage moves.  Quite a feat for any nineteen year old, but Jack never succumbed to the pressure that would later have a hand in the early demise of his friend and boss Marc Bolan.  Little did the world know that Jack was continually and quietly honing his amazing song writing skills and guitar wizardry to later release four solo albums that have stood the test of time.  We are proud to herald his wonderful and memorable music, which we enjoy each and every day.  Currently, Jack is relaxing and enjoying the company of his lovely wife and faithful canine friend Digby, his many friends and relatives and the eccentric characters that he encounters in his travels.
