Some tracks from Jack's forthcoming solo record are completed, the album is not. There are a great many additional songs, since Jack writes constantly and doesn't do things on a small scale. With all this wonderful technology at his fingertips, this body of work could even become a double album, hopefully. Which would also be great, since Jack has not released a solo double album.
Between work, life, studio and his book, he's a busy man!

I've always felt that the artist creates for and out of himself most effectively without pressure from industry and fan base. Whether it take 2 weeks or 2 decades creating at the pace that life allows is much better than contractual deadlines, forced venues and musical lineups. I remember Peter Framptons' record company pressing him to make a record that 'doesn't sound like Peter Frampton'. Better to live ones life freely than to lose your soul jumping through other people's hoops.
With much experience under your belt and the technological wizardry literally available in ones home now a day, do you feel that your most inspired work, musically, lyrically and film wise is still ahead of you whether released on a grandiose or more localized scale or not at all?
